Internship Requirement
- Diploma/Bachelor’s program majoring in Statistics or Mathematic (Fresh graduates are welcome).
- Proficient in MS Excel and Google Sheets. Having knowledge in statistics software and data visualization software will be a plus.
- Strong quantitative, mathematical, and analytical problem solving skills.
Deskripsi Internship
- Mine and analyze data from company databases to drive optimization and improvement of HR operations and processes.
- Collect, clean, and analyze large datasets to identify trends, patterns, and opportunities for operational optimization.
- Provide insights, analysis, and analytical reporting to interpret results.
