Internship Requirement
- Preferably can start before Nov 10th 2023
- Minimum 3 - 4 months
- Hybrid (2 - 3 days in office) & Unpaid
- Men are preferred
- Students from any major is a must. Preferably in 5 -8 semesters
- Currently a student at any university in Jakarta Area
- Have a strong interest in HR, Administration, or Social Media
- Able to commute to our office in Jakarta Area is a must
- Have good negotiation skills, good leadership, interpersonal skills, and open-minded.
Deskripsi Internship
- Use social media networks to look for and connect with potential candidates
- Review online portfolios and resumes to pre-screen candidates
- Send recruiting Invitation and follow up with candidates
- Review candidate referrals from internal and external networks for hard-to-fill roles
- Develop a network of potential candidates and industry professionals
- Log candidate information into our internal databases
