Internship Requirement
- Psychology undergraduate student (minimum 4th Semester for Internship) with interest/major in Industrial & Organizational Psychology
- Creative mindset with the ability to think strategically and develop innovative sourcing and recruitment techniques
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively engage with candidates and build relationships with internal stakeholders
Deskripsi Internship
- Develop and implement recruitment strategies to attract and hire top talents
- Conduct thorough job analysis and translate the job requirements to potential candidates
- Screen resumes and applications, conduct initial interviews, and assess candidates' qualifications, skills, and cultural fit for the organization
- Stay updated on industry trends and recruitment best practices to continuously improve the recruitment process and ensure the company remains competitive in attracting top talent
Caution - In the recruitment process, legitimate companies never charge a fee from candidates. If there are companies that charge for interviews, tests, ticket reservations, etc., it is better to avoid them because there are indications of fraud.
